【摘要】:1.1ThispartofEN12629,takentogetherwithEN12629-1:2000+A1:2010,appliestostationaryandmobileequipmentforthemanufactureofprecastreinforcedproductsasdefinedinClause3andappliestothesemachinesalsowhenusedforthemanufactureofnon-reinforcedmouldedproducts.EN12629-1:2000+A1:2010specifiesgeneralrequirementsapplicabletomachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium–silicate.Thisdocumentspecifiestheadditionalrequirementstoand/orthedeviationsfromEN12629-1:2000+A1:2010specifictothemachinesitcovers.1.2Thisdocumentappliestothemodulescomprisingproductionmachines(withorwithoutturnoverdemoulding)forthemanufacturingofreinforcedmouldedproductsasshownbelowandillustratedininformativeAnnexesAandB.Thesemachinesaredesignedtoperformthefollowingcyclicoperations:?manufacturingbyvibrationandevencompression(oiling,mouldfeeding–concrete+reinforcement–,vibration,floating,interlocking,turnover,removingfrommould);?storageofmouldsandpalletboardsforconcretehardening;?productsdestackingandpackaging;?mouldsandpalletboardsreturntothemanufacturingmodule.Anyoftheseoperationsmaybemanual,semi-automaticorautomatic.Thisdocumentdealswithautomaticandsemi-automaticoperationsofmodulesAandCandwithautomaticoperationsofmoduleB.1.3!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttothesemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.4Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletostationaryandmobileequipmentforthemanufactureofprecastproducts,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
